Wart Like Bump On My Thumb

SADHANA MEDITATION CREATIVE, Aradhana, Prabhupati: DISCIPLINE, FITNESS AND MASTER

Sadhana The literal meaning is "daily practice, discipline." Sadhana gives you emotional stability and mental balance. Work on your subconscious, clearing the fears, the limitations of being and patterns of undesirable behavior.

, "The Sadhana gives you a disciplined practice to integrate body, mind and spirit" - Yogi Bhajan, PhD

Sadhana is the first step toward the liberation of being. Every day you commit to do your practice. There are different practices, which Yogi Bhajan taught us is a combination of Yoga and meditation, 45 minutes and 1 hour Yoga meditation. As in all spiritual paths always practicing at the same time helps to develop a new habit. We are human

sensitive and perceive the world around us through of our senses, touch (temperature, contact our skin with clothing or other objects), sound (vibration of the music, our voices, the voices of others), the light (darkness, light) smell, and taste (sweet, salty, spicy, etc..). We have other internal systems that work with or without our permission and may also alter our perception, as our systems of elimination, digestion, circulation and breathing. All of these affect us. If for any reason our receiver system crashes we will have an experience of the outside world completely different and this affects our reality.

I do not see things not seen before, only now perceive them much clearer and when things are clear in your mind the challenges that are presented to one in life are easier to overcome.

The best time to Sadhana as Yogi Bhajan taught us is 2 ½ before sunrise.

Sadhana is your commitment to get up early and invest 10% of your daily time to connect with your being unlimited and clear your mind. It is your sacred space of connection with the infinite. There are many explanations for why the ambrosial hours (Amrit Vela) are the most appropriate for your daily practice of yoga of consciousness. Some of them are:
• Because the angle between the earth and the sun is 60 degrees and being in a sitting position to balance the pituitary and pineal glands so you get maximum results.
• Because the world around us is more quiet, less traffic, less machine work, etc.
• Because no one is busy or waiting for any phone call at that time and it helps to concentrate.
• Because the stomach is likely to be more empty. There are probably more reasons
but experience is what counts and in my experience there is something magical about getting up at this time for Sadhana.

Yogi Bhajan always said that the best time to call God was in the morning because he always answers the phone at that hour.

Of course the various challenges life puts you on your way to ensure that you get up so early and you stay in bed. But if you overcome all these challenges soon should become a fitness discipline, the glory of God or Aradhana (worship in Sanskrit).

is said that 60% of our actions are directed by our subconscious mind and we respond by habit. For some people it takes only 40 days of Sadhana change of habit for other year and a half, but what started a pure will. Commit and discipline began to come without effort. The subconscious is clear and the mind becomes more active. If you feel

challenges to get up as soon ask yourself: "These willing to act and think of your higher consciousness, or want to stay engaged / aa your old identity any longer? - Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, PhD

Once you get this state of consciousness and self-discipline will be other challenges waiting for you, which reminds me that there is an old saying that has something like ... the higher you are, the greater may be the fall.

Some of these new challenges of this stage are: chanting the mantra mechanically rather than being inspired by the meaning of words, or falling asleep during meditation or lose motivation.

Your power to connect with the infinite, your strength and sense of duty will be your light through the darkness. Once you've made clear the source of energy and light between you and infinity pass to the latest state called Prabhupati, or expertise.

In Prabhupati the subconscious mind and conscious mind working as one. So everything we experience is entirely consistent, even within the facet of great challenges. Develop a mastery of the universal neutral mind (Chitta). At this stage

compassion and love are the norm. It is said that compassion makes you forgive the unforgivable. The person at the stage of Prabhupati can forget the person who has hurt or stolen, and it inspires or makes a model for this person and others.

standards of compassion now their life and no other law of polarity (action and reaction, karma). This law creates pain as a result of wrongdoing. Eg If someone commits a wrongdoing (stealing) the result will attract to your life other pain or wrongdoing. But when you live in Prabhupati the actions of each are in accordance with universal law, so the law of polarity disappears.

Compassion is considered the highest of virtues, and where God is compassion and assistance go to consciousness.

Someone once asked Yogi Bhajan ... why do Sadhana even if you are already a great teacher? To which Yogi Bhajan said, because to continue to Master!
