The activity will mark a special kind of Kundalini Yoga with Transcendental Meditation and the Relaxation Bath Final will be the Gongs. So share the practical wisdom of these ancient technologies humanologicas to celebrate the seasons change with the arrival of autumn in the south.
The class will be scored by the sound of sacred Gong. Concert and Symphonic Planetary Gongs (Audio Alchemy) itself accompany your final relaxation (Yoga Nidra) after meditation for an hour and a half laying on your mat. -matt (mat), zafu (meditation cushion) and comfortable clothing, white or light colored cotton. White is a symbol of purity and facilitates the movement of energy because it helps the expansion of the aura. If possible also bring a blanket to cover your meditation. If you have not matt or zafu, you offer loans for the activity.
