The debate over the selection board member for the regional elections has begun. Technical
party Un Nuevo Tiempo (UNT) and the organization Esdata argue that the selection process for this year prevents the university are selected as key members of the polling stations, apart from increasing the vices from 2006 to allow 12 of the 18 voters who are drawn by law may not be on polling stations.
criticism for the CNE is unfounded because students in higher education may be appointed as board secretary, while ensuring that eligible lists can be challenged before the draw.
